Description
The Learning Management System (LMS) Programmer designs, develops, and manages training syllabi, courses, and instructional materials across multiple electronic training management systems. The role supports Subject Matter Experts, manages LMS help desk operations, troubleshoots system and database issues, performs courseware installations, coordinates with vendors and schedulers, and provides user training and reporting. It requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of related experience, GTIMS administrative experience, and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
