Amazon is hiring a Learning Manager for a Fulfilment Centre to lead and develop trainers and a Learning Specialist, own associate and leader training programs from needs analysis through execution, partner with EU learning teams, evaluate training initiatives, and provide coaching and leadership development. The role requires project, training, and team management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience or education in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, business, operations, supply chain, learning, or a related field.
