Description

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Learning Manager to lead the Learning and Development function, manage Learning Management System or Learning Experience Platform operations, support learning adoption and improvements, lead Learning Advisors, and partner with business leaders on workforce capability and talent development. The role requires regular on-site attendance, domestic and international travel, and experience with enterprise learning systems, instructional design, learning operations, and team leadership.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of LMS/LXP and learning systems experience
5+ years of learning operations experience
2+ years of leadership or management experience
5+ years in corporate learning, instructional design, or equivalent department/business partnerships
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, certifications, or job training
Learning, Human Resources, ATD, or SHRM certification or ability to obtain one
