Description
The Learning Manager will monitor and support students in an assigned year group at Outwood Academy Riverside, addressing academic and behavioural needs, safeguarding concerns, attendance, exclusions, readmissions, and inter-agency referrals. The role requires school experience, knowledge of student issues, communication, ICT proficiency, organisational ability, and the capacity to work under pressure. It is a 37-hour-per-week term-time position with 15 additional days, starting in January 2027, with a stated salary of £27,438.
