Description
The Learning Operations Analyst will optimize the organization’s learning ecosystem by administering the Dayforce LMS, managing learning content and catalogs, maintaining learner records, analyzing learning data, improving processes, and supporting learning vendors and stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 3–5 years of LMS administration and learning-and-development operations experience, knowledge of instructional design and learning technologies, and strong analytical and communication skills.
