Learning Operations Intern at The Hanover Insurance Group

The Hanover is hiring a Learning Operations Intern for a 10-week summer program from June through mid-August. The intern will support knowledge architecture, content auditing, learning measurement, data collection and manipulation, learning platform administration, and a department-wide SharePoint architecture project. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or advanced degree program, able to commit to the full internship, and able to work in the United States without sponsorship; learning systems, data visualization, Excel, Power BI, SQL, and SharePoint experience are preferred.
