CoreWeave is hiring a Learning Partner for Technical Development to design, deliver, evaluate, and improve multi-modal learning programs for Data Center Operations and Product & Engineering employees. The role partners with senior technical stakeholders, advises on learning strategy, manages complex programs independently, and contributes to shaping the Technical Development pillar. Candidates need 5–8+ years of instructional design or learning and development experience, strong instructional design and analytical skills, and familiarity with AI, cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, or data center operations. The base salary is $115,000 to $153,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
