Description
The Learning Partner – Technical Capability & Workforce Transformation serves as a strategic advisor to Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, partnering with engineering leaders, HRBPs, technical experts, academia, and industry partners to identify emerging skill needs and build future-ready technical capabilities. The role owns the technical learning portfolio, designs upskilling and reskilling initiatives, develops competency frameworks and learning ecosystems, leads AI and digital learning transformation, manages learning vendors and budgets, and measures workforce readiness and business impact across automotive technologies such as software-defined vehicles, autonomous driving, electrification, cybersecurity, and functional safety.
