Description
Grant Thornton is hiring a Learning Program Leader (Manager)- Americas to lead the strategy, design, delivery, measurement, and operational management of global early-career milestone leadership programs, with capacity-based support for mid-career programs. The role partners with global and regional stakeholders, manages vendors and budgets, coordinates faculty and delivery, analyzes program effectiveness, and supports inclusive learning teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressive program management experience, experience with adult learning and instructional design, global matrixed-organization experience, and Microsoft 365 proficiency. The base salary range is $104,000 to $140,000.
