Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an experienced Learning Program Manager for a 6+ month consulting engagement, primarily remote and aligned to Central Time, with required travel to Houston, Texas for milestones and planning sessions. The role combines instructional design, learning needs analysis, curriculum and training-material development, program planning, training delivery and assessment, executive-facing communication, and change management. Candidates need 4–5 years of instructional design experience in a technology environment, program management experience, a bachelor’s degree, advanced Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills, and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
