Learning Program Manager at Stepful

Stepful is hiring a Learning Program Manager to oversee curriculum development and content delivery for its healthcare workforce training programs. The role leads curriculum developers and subject matter experts, manages program launches, establishes quality controls, experiments with skills labs and simulations, and analyzes learner engagement and program performance. It is a hybrid position based in Stepful’s lower Manhattan office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, reporting to the Head of Learning. The position requires at least five years of program management or curriculum development experience, instructional design experience, and strong data-driven decision-making and communication skills. The target base salary is $100,000 to $115,000, with equity, subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, and other benefits.
