Description
Willmeng is hiring a Learning Program Manager to own the full portfolio of learning programs, manage the LMS and learning ecosystem, oversee program quality and governance, lead needs assessments and program design, and manage external vendors. The role also leads and develops the Learning team and requires on-site work in the Phoenix office, with occasional travel to New Mexico, Utah, and Texas. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of learning and development experience, and familiarity with Bridge LMS and related learning technologies.
