Description
The Learning Solutions Architect will own end-to-end solution design for complex, multi-modal learning projects, including architecture, modality selection, vendor coordination, and deployment oversight. The role also leads one of two India-based design pods, managing Instructional Designers, Learning Developers, and Multimedia Designers through work allocation, quality checks, coaching, and performance management. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant experience, experience in regulated or complex industrial sectors, vendor and people-management experience, and a bachelor's degree.
