Description

The Learning Solutions Product Manager manages the development, launch, performance, and continuous improvement of SHRM’s professional learning products for HR professionals and organizations. Reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Development Products, the role leads cross-functional product requirements, roadmaps, delivery, stakeholder coordination, vendor and instructor management, and enhancements across digital, instructor-led, cohort-based, blended, and other learning modalities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of progressive product management or professional learning experience, and offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in product management, education, instructional design, learning and development, business, human resources, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Required Previous Experiences: Seven or more years of progressive experience in product management, professional learning, instructional design, learning and development, or a related discipline.
Experience developing, launching, managing, and improving professional learning products, programs, or solutions.
Experience translating customer and learner needs and product direction into requirements, development plans, delivery models, and scalable offerings.
Experience managing products or solutions through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
Experience developing or managing learning products across digital, instructor-led, cohort-based, blended, or other learning modalities.
Experience working with learning technologies, learning experience platforms, or digital learning environments.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional product development or implementation initiatives.
Experience managing vendors, contractors, instructors, or subject matter experts.
Experience using learner feedback, customer insights, product data, and market information to inform product decisions and improvements.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an association, professional education, membership, or knowledge-based organization.
