Description
The Lead – Learning Specialist will partner with HR Business Partners and global learning teams to design and implement scalable blended learning solutions for leadership and functional capability across India. The role covers program planning, governance, communication, vendor coordination, facilitation of in-person and virtual learning, stakeholder partnerships, and measurement of learning effectiveness against business impact. It requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–12 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, with experience in technology, engineering, semiconductor, or global matrix organizations preferred. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models.
