ooba is seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to own training for its sales business from the Head Office in Cape Town, with a hybrid on-site and remote arrangement. The role designs and delivers in-person and virtual compliance, product, systems, induction, soft-skills, and sales training; develops SETA- and FSCA-aligned learning materials; manages training logistics and records; evaluates training effectiveness; monitors compliance and employee performance; and coaches new employees, learnerships, and interns.
