The Learning Specialist will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training and learning solutions for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, including onboarding, standardized and customized training, e-learning and blended modules, facilitation, needs analysis, documentation, and training records. The role requires adult-learning and instructional-design expertise, proficiency with authoring and knowledge-management tools, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
