Description
Amazon is hiring a Learning Specialist to own the strategy, design, governance, and optimization of learning programs across multiple functions, teams, and countries. The role leads complex learning initiatives through the full ADDIE lifecycle, manages concurrent projects, partners with senior leaders, mentors Learning Coordinators, applies instructional design and continuous improvement methods, and uses data and AI to measure and improve training effectiveness. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or Business Administration, English fluency, and experience with training programs and strategies are required; instructional design, LMS, multimedia, and L&D certification experience are preferred.
