Description
Amazon Australia is hiring a Learning Trainer for its BWU6 Fulfillment Center. Reporting to the Learning Manager, the role manages and supports the Ambassador team in delivering training to new and existing warehouse associates, develops and assesses training programs, maintains training rosters, monitors training effectiveness, supports safety and compliance, and spends at least five hours per week in warehouse process paths. The position requires at least one year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school education or equivalent, physical ability to perform warehouse work, and availability for a 40-hour week plus overtime.
