Amazon is hiring Learning Trainers to support operations leaders and associates in fulfillment centers. The role may include production duties such as picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and loading or unloading trucks. Lead Learning Trainers will communicate instructions, motivate associates, and maintain safe work areas. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, able to work 40 hours per week with overtime, and able to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
