Description
Amazon is hiring a Learning Trainer to support operations leaders and associates in fulfillment centers. The role may include production duties such as picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and loading or unloading trucks. Responsibilities include leading trainings and start-of-shift meetings, maintaining expertise in at least two production departments, improving work-area processes, developing learning tools, supporting associate cross-training, updating SOPs, and certifying associates and managers. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, able to work 40 hours per week with overtime as required, and able to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Microsoft Office experience is required, with two or more years preferred.
