Description
The Lease Analyst supports clients nationwide in managing leased portfolios using the RealLease technology platform. The role abstracts lease terms, verifies rent payments and landlord billings, monitors compliance and budget increases, prepares reconciliations and reports, coordinates rent-roll adjustments, and recommends procedures and systems improvements. It requires a university degree or professional certification, 3 to 5 years of related experience, strong financial and analytical skills, commercial real estate lease knowledge, and French/English bilingualism as an asset. This is a full-time contract position with a salary range of $52,864 to $66,080 per annum and a hybrid work arrangement.
