Microsoft is hiring a Lease Construction Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of leased data center projects as the employer’s representative. The role manages lease providers and internal stakeholders, ensures compliance with lease requirements, coordinates project schedules, budgets, risks, and readiness-for-service approvals, and supports regional capacity delivery goals. It requires a bachelor’s degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field plus 5+ years of related experience, along with experience managing cross-functional projects and large-scale MEP construction. The position is 100% onsite in Phoenix, Atlanta, Austin, Manssass, Charlotte, or San Jose, with relocation support provided.
