Description
The Lease Operator I monitors and manages production in an assigned oil and gas lease area, controls operating expenses, maintains production and measurement equipment, responds to alarms and data-transmission issues, and performs lease maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, legal authorization to work in the United States, physical ability to perform outdoor and industrial work, and the capacity to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation.
