Description
The Lease Operator I monitors and manages production in an assigned oil and gas lease area, controls operating expenses, maintains production and measurement equipment, responds to alarms, and supports lease maintenance and cost targets. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, legal authorization to work in the United States, physical ability to perform outdoor and industrial work, and the capacity to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation.
