This role involves developing and executing leasing strategies, building client relationships, handling all aspects of the leasing process, and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have over three years of commercial real estate sales experience, preferably in multifamily units, and possess a deep understanding of market-rate and affordable housing programs.
