Description
The Leasing Advisor is responsible for achieving occupancy goals by engaging prospects, families, existing residents, and referral sources; conducting site presentations; closing lease agreements; collecting rent and deposits; maintaining vacancy and resident records; supporting move-in orientation and inspections; and responding to resident concerns. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, customer service experience, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and NALP certification preferred.
