Description
The Residential Leasing Agent will manage leasing activities for residential properties, including vacancy lists, marketing, tenant inquiries, property showings, applications, maintenance requests, customer service, and move-in and move-out inspections. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, software proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a Residential Leasing License within 120 days of hire. Compensation is $18-$19 per hour plus incentives.
