Highland Management Group Inc. is hiring a part-time Weekend Leasing Agent for its 180-unit Creekwood Estates property in Hopkins, Minnesota. The role works two weekends per month, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and pays starting at $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include marketing and leasing apartment units, maintaining knowledge of tenant-landlord laws and Fair Housing requirements, greeting prospects, communicating professionally with residents and applicants, following up with prospects, documenting correspondence, processing rental applications, and using HMGI screening procedures. On-site living is optional and may provide a higher rent discount.
