Description
OCF Realty is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent to conduct apartment and home tours, explain rental policies and application requirements, report unit issues, build relationships with current and prospective residents, and provide administrative support. The role requires at least two years of real estate and sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, an active real estate license, a valid driver’s license, and a personal vehicle. Compensation includes a base salary, commission on closed applications, paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401(k) matching.
