Pratum Companies is hiring a Leasing Agent for an affordable housing or Section 8 property. The role handles applications, income verification, HUD paperwork, resident and vendor customer service, property tours, leasing sales, marketing, lease administration, unit inspections, resident events, and compliance with federal, state, and local housing requirements. Candidates need at least one year of residential property management or related experience, with HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing experience preferred. The position requires availability seven days per week, on-call service, possible travel, and physical access to the property.
