SoLa Impact is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent to oversee and manage all aspects of the leasing process for their affordable housing properties. The role involves working closely with the leasing team to achieve occupancy goals, develop and implement leasing strategies, maintain stakeholder relationships, and execute strategic leasing plans. The agent will leverage sales skills to attract and retain tenants, collaborate with the marketing team on property listings, and adapt strategies based on market trends.
