EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent I/COS to market and lease two affordable-housing communities in Kahului and Wailuku, Hawaii. The role includes property tours, rental applications, lease preparation, deposits, unit inspections, resident relations, market surveys, and participation in property and re-certification processes. Candidates need at least one year of related apartment leasing experience, knowledge of affordable housing, and Microsoft Office skills; COS certification is preferred. The position pays $19.95–$30.40 per hour, with a hiring range of $19.95–$25.18 per hour for new employees.
