Description
SoLa Impact is hiring a Leasing Agent to manage leasing activities for affordable housing properties, including vacancy tracking, advertising listings, processing applications, screening and interviewing tenants, coordinating with Section 8 and other agencies, and completing lease intake accurately. The role requires strong communication, organization, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years of property management experience preferred and leasing experience preferred.
