Leasing and Marketing Manager at Tailwind

Tailwind Group is hiring a full-time Leasing and Marketing Manager for The Quarters Oxford, a 190-unit student housing community in Oxford, Mississippi. The role leads leasing and marketing strategy, manages resident and prospect relationships, executes tours and outreach, develops leasing team members, oversees social media and property events, and supports resident placement and turnover. It requires a standard Monday–Friday schedule with occasional nights or weekends, is fully onsite, and offers $50,000–$65,000 plus commission potential, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, and other benefits. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with at least two years of customer service, sales, or retail experience and one year of student housing experience.
