Description
The Leasing and Occupancy Specialist will maximize occupancy for Chinatown Community Development Center’s affordable-housing portfolio by managing applicant pipelines, waitlists, move-ins, resident relations, and leasing and compliance reporting. The role coordinates with Property Management and Compliance, supports HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable-housing requirements, maintains Yardi records, and assists with marketing plans, recertification documentation, lease charges, and agency reports. It is a full-time onsite position in San Francisco with a Monday-through-Friday schedule, occasional evenings and weekends, and $29.00–$31.00 per hour.
