Description
The Leasing Assistant provides administrative, customer-service, clerical, accounting, and leasing support for a property management company. Responsibilities include resident admissions and file maintenance, rent and charge processing, lease preparation, tenant communications, move-in and move-out inspections, recertification notices, Yardi and HUD handbook training, procurement support, and report preparation. The role requires two years of college education plus two years of experience in property management, leasing, apartment rental, or a related area, a valid Tennessee driver's license, and COS certification after two years of employment.
