Description
The Leasing Associate works under the Property Manager to maximize property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, supporting resident retention, and providing customer service. Responsibilities include apartment tours, move-in coordination, marketing outreach, lease and renewal tracking, application and fee processing, resident-data entry, property inspections, and resident-event support. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of customer service or sales experience or relevant education, strong computer and communication skills, weekend and holiday availability, and a valid driver’s license; a real estate license must be obtained within 120 days in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
