The Leasing Consultant at The Meridian South in Indianapolis works under the Property Manager to maximize occupancy through prospecting, tours, appointments, move-ins, marketing, resident retention, and customer service. The role also handles move-in inspections, lease and renewal tracking, application and rent processing, resident-data entry, Fair Housing compliance, and property maintenance checks.
