Description
Camden is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant to serve as the first impression for prospective and current residents. The role manages leasing from property tours through move-in, supports renewals, occupancy and retention goals, creates marketing and social media strategies, maintains resident relationships, prepares lease and resident documentation, and helps organize resident events. Candidates should have at least one year of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably leasing or property management experience; Spanish, OneSite, and Yield Star knowledge are advantageous.
