Description
The Leasing Consultant will manage apartment leasing and occupancy, from initial resident contact through move-in, including tours, vacancy management, rent and security-deposit processing, marketing support, lead tracking, resident retention, and leasing-file administration. The role also supports the leasing team, maintains community standards, monitors leasing commissions, and follows Fair Housing requirements. Applicants need at least one year of property-management or related experience, strong sales and customer-service skills, Microsoft Office and property-management-software proficiency, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
