Bigos Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant for its Mera apartment community in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The role handles prospective and current resident inquiries, property tours, qualification, lease preparation, move-in and move-out inspections, lease renewals, and vacant-apartment preparation. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a hiring pay range of $17.00 to $22.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience are required; previous leasing experience is preferred.
