Comstock is hiring a Leasing Consultant to provide customer service, oversee leasing from lead generation through tenant occupancy, prepare paperwork and reports, market the community online and locally, coordinate promotions, manage social media, and perform administrative leasing support. The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years of leasing experience in luxury high-rise multifamily property management, sales-closure ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The Virginia compensation range is $20–$24 USD.
