The Leasing Consultant will market apartment properties, prepare lease documents, screen prospective tenants, inspect models and made-ready units, conduct outreach, monitor local market conditions, and support community reporting. The role requires one or more years of sales and customer experience, one or more years of property management or leasing experience preferred, a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and daily transportation.
