H.G. Fenton Company is hiring a Leasing Consultant to market and lease available apartments, maximize occupancy, deliver customer satisfaction, support marketing and community outreach, and maintain a safe environment. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, independent execution, weekend availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour plus leasing commissions, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
