Description
IDM is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for apartment-community prospects and residents, support occupancy goals, conduct property tours, explain amenities and availability, manage applications and background checks, provide move-in information, support resident retention, coordinate work orders, and maintain high-quality customer service. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant property management experience, leasing and Fair Housing knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization and attention to detail, and weekend availability. The target pay range is $20.00–$24.00 per hour.
