MG Properties is hiring a Leasing Consultant for College Square Apartments in Sacramento, California. The role provides customer service to current and prospective residents, qualifies apartment applicants, coordinates move-ins, maintains rental records, prepares and oversees lease signings, completes administrative tasks, and assists with resident complaints and rent collection. One year of property management experience is preferred, while sales and customer service skills are essential.
