Optima is hiring a Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and move-in, close leases, and maximize community revenue. The role combines sales, leasing, resident retention, customer service, market research, digital marketing, and outreach, with a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Candidates need strong communication, customer service, sales, teamwork, and organization skills, along with 3–5 years of sales or customer service experience and a high school diploma; experience with Yardi Voyager 7, Knock, and Yieldstar and graphic design skills are advantageous. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour plus commission and bonus.
