RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant in Cumming, Georgia to connect with prospective residents, identify their needs, generate interest in Aura Creekside, secure lease agreements, and build lasting resident relationships. The role also includes customer service, problem resolution, office administration, and coordinating resident activities. Compensation is $20 per hour, with bonuses, paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance, training, and a recognition program. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
