RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant in Sarasota, Florida for the Botanic Waterside property. The role focuses on generating resident interest, communicating community benefits, assisting with resident concerns, building relationships, retaining residents, and performing office administrative tasks. Compensation is $21 to $23 per hour, with bonuses, paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and other benefits. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and legal authorization to work in the United States are required; leasing experience is preferred.
